A-Viking I Did Go
I learned of a Viking festival that seemed worth checking out on the way home and I ended up filling most of the day with it. Fire eaters, jousters, jugglers, and more.
April 26, 2014 (day 2)
There was just a touch of rain in the morning but things cleared and the
day was beautiful by meeting's end.
April 25, 2014 (day 1)
I anticipated the day clearing fairly early so left home with plenty of
time for walking about here and there. The rain was fairly steady util
after 2:00 and I didn't see the sun until nearly 5:00 and that left me
with too much time. I killed off some of it with a visit to Ohio Caverns.
Prelude - April 8, 2014
This year the Ohio Lincoln Highway League annual meeting returns to
the location of a previous meeting and it is a spot I came within a dozen
miles of in late March. Even so, I'm sure I'll find something interesting
along the way. I just don't know what. I'll likely head north on Friday
the 25th for the Saturday meeting. Plans beyond that simply do not exist.
