The&nbsp;Allegheny and Monongahela flow into the city where they combine to form the Ohio which flows out. <span style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300;\">On Monday, I drove US-22 from near my<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300;\">&nbsp;home to where that wet magic takes place.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>And Willie Nile isn&#8217;t a river at all. He&#8217;s a rock and roller who is performing in Pittsburgh on Tuesday.
