The review of this book published in April 2017 has gone missing. Maybe I accidentally deleted it or maybe a slightly down level backup was restored and I didn’t notice. Whatever happened, I’m confident it was my fault. I’m not going to try to reproduce the whole review. I’m just trying to head off the “not found” errors — and encourage everyone to buy a copy.<\/p>\n
Some of you may be here through a link in Jim Grey’s blog telling folks I thought the book was not crappy. I did indeed say that but there’s a little more to it. It was my first experience with Blurb and I was uncertain as to the quality of their printing. I was especially interested in how well they handled color photographs. I feared it would be crappy and was happy to see it wasn’t. Jim’s contributions, the photos and text, weren’t crappy either but I knew that before I even opened the book. That guy does good work.<\/p>\n
