We had breakfast at Maple Street Biscuit Company, a regional chain, where
a staff member took our picture. That's my cousin Lisa on the right and
her husband Tyler in the middle.

We then set off on a somewhat freeform cruise with a scenic road south of
Saint Augustine as a goal. This is one of Tyler and Lisa's favorites. It
wasn't yet open for the day, but we stopped for photos and made loose
plans to stop on our way back.

We passed through a Saint Augustine prepping for Christmas then continued
south along the coast. When the time came to turn off for our target, we
found it closed. We circled around to the other end which was also closed.
Highbridge Road, I'll see you next time.

Back near their home, my hosts treated me to a couple of local breweries.
As you might expect, Veterans United is operated by a couple of military
veterans. They won me over with a good porter. I next followed Lisa and
Tyler into The
Wicked Barley Brewing Company where I went for a lager instead of one
of their "naughty ales". They have a nice outdoor area where we
ate dinner.
